At CustomPrintDTF.net, all products are custom made to order. Due to the personalized nature of our printing services, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds.

Artwork Responsibility

Customers are solely responsible for the accuracy and quality of all artwork submitted for printing. Please carefully review your files before placing your order.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Spelling and grammatical errors

• Color selections and color accuracy

• Layout, sizing, and placement

• Image resolution and overall print quality

We are not responsible for errors in customer-submitted artwork.

Important Color & Print Notes

• Neon colors are not always achievable using CMYK printing. While we do our best to dial in our color profiles for the most vibrant output possible, certain neon and ultra-bright shades may appear less intense when printed.

• When printing on black shirts, we recommend using the Halftone Option in our Gang Sheet Builder. This option:

  • Provides a softer feel

  • Knocks out all black within the design

  • Improves overall print results on dark garments

• Glow effects and transparent or semi-opaque pixels may not always be visible to the naked eye in your artwork file. To prevent unwanted white halos around glow areas, our printers will automatically eliminate glow and transparent pixels that could cause this effect during production.

If you are unsure whether your artwork is print-ready, we strongly recommend selecting our Art Check-Up option available in the product area before completing your order. This service allows our team to review your file and help identify potential issues prior to printing.

Once an order is placed and approved, it is considered final and will proceed directly into production.
