At CustomPrintDTF.net, we work hard to process and fulfill your orders quickly and efficiently.

📦 Shipping

Orders placed by 1:00 PM EST (Monday–Friday) are typically processed and shipped the same business day.
Orders placed after 1:00 PM EST will ship the next business day.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

Please Note: Once an order leaves our facility and is in the possession of the shipping carrier, CustomPrintDTF.net is not responsible for carrier delays, transit issues, lost packages, weather disruptions, or delivery exceptions. Any delivery delays are the responsibility of the carrier.

🏬 Local Pickup

Local pickup orders placed by 1:00 PM EST (Monday–Friday) are typically ready by 3:00 PM the same business day.
You will be notified once your order is ready for pickup.

10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
